This site contains little glimpses of me and what I do. As both a healer and an artist I work with the creative impulses of life. Art comes in many shapes and sizes. Healing comes in many forms.

I offer healing treattment of Mexihka Pactli, in West Cornwall, UK. I teach theatre and art, as well as maintaining a my own flow of creativity. A recent addition to my work has been the creation of Heart Flower Herbals, herbal skin creams made from locally grown and wildcrafted herbs.

As both a visual and performing artist I have performed and created in the USA, England, Scotland, Ireland, Germany, Italy, France. I hold a BA in Creative Dramatic Writing from the Vermont College, Union Institute and University USA. 



My other training includes work with Shakespeare & Company, the Omega Institute, Celtic Shamanic training with Geo Cameron, Shamanic training in the UK and a seven year apprenticeship in Mexihka Pactli (holistic Mexican medicine) with indigenous healer Eloxochitl Ivonne Buedia Sanchez. 



I've had the pleasure of performing on film with Meryl Streep and Liam Neeson for Caravan Pictures, I have been aired on HBO with Hitting Home, a made for TV movie. Some of my puppet/mask creatures have found their way into various films, The British Museum, the Museum of the Moving Image, the Ashmolean Museum, The Sainsbury Gallery and the Oxford Botanical Gardens among others. Triple Shadow has adopted many masks and creatures over the years. This has been my third year working with Rough Coast Community Arts, based in St Ives.

Teaching includes: The Method Studio, The School of the Science of Acting, and Eastside Educational Trust in London.
Private one to one voice and acting sessions, workshops & seminars on mask work, mask making, puppetry, herbal cream making and more. I am off to Greece to teach the first seminar in the Mexihka Calendar - the Tonalmaxiotl.
